About these terms

These terms govern your use of trophybingo.com and shop.trophybingo.com (the “Site”), the Trophy Bingo Members Club and the Trophy Bingo Shop, all run by Greenstone Business Services Inc., doing business as Greenstone Games (“Greenstone Games”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal information.

Playing Trophy Bingo

Trophy Bingo is played on iWin. iWin’s terms of use and privacy policy govern play, your iWin account and anything you buy in the game, including iCoins. The Site links you there.

The Members Club

Membership of the Trophy Bingo Members Club is free. Rewards and offers are at our discretion, and we may change or end them at any time. Sign up only with your own email address and your own accounts. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing.

If you connect an account on another platform, such as Google, Facebook, Discord, Spotify or Steam, that platform’s own terms continue to apply to your account there. Signing up through FairShare may also make you a FairShare member; FairShare’s own terms cover that membership.

The Trophy Bingo Shop

Orders placed at shop.trophybingo.com are sold by Greenstone Games, processed through Shopify and printed and shipped by our fulfilment partner, Printful. The prices, shipping rates, delivery estimates and refund and returns terms shown in the Shop and at checkout apply to your order and form part of these terms.

Prizes and promotions

Each competition, giveaway or promotion we run has its own rules, published with it. Those rules apply together with these terms, and where they differ, the promotion’s rules apply to that promotion.

Our content

The Site and everything on it, including the Trophy Bingo name, the dogs and other characters, artwork, logos and text, are owned by or licensed to Greenstone Games. You may view the Site and share links to it for your own non-commercial use. Any other copying, reproduction or reuse needs our written permission.

Using the Site

Do not use the Site for anything unlawful, interfere with how it works, try to gain unauthorised access to it, collect content from it by automated means, or submit false information or another person’s details.

Other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, including iWin. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or available at any particular time. Nothing in these terms affects rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Greenstone Games is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or your inability to use it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change this page and the date at the top. Using the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
